This morning as I meditate on Romans 8:28 my heart is filled with joy by the truth of God’s Word. His Word is living and ever-changing yet constant in its ability to guide us through the human struggle. Few of you know this, but since February I have been seeking a new career path after quitting my job at a small company with a Jesus Christ intolerant environment.
After months of prayer and listening to God’s voice I realized I am meant to be a teacher, an English teacher at a Christian High School. Once I realized this truth, I took the appropriate steps to making it happen and the doors starting quickly opening, like it was a mission from God. I sit here in awe of the wonderful work Jesus has done in my life these short 10 months. He has totally changed my life from the inside out and He is only getting started! I am a little nervous about this huge career change but I have a steady faith and a joy that comes from knowing that God doesn’t call the equipped, He equips the called! And I can’t do this unless God goes before me! Hallelujah!!!🙏
“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28
